    Titanium silicon molecular sieves are formed by Ti atoms partially replacing aluminum atoms in silica-aluminum molecular sieves, belonging to the ZSM-5 series zeolite molecular sieves, with MFI topological structure. The primary structural units, such as silica-oxygen tetrahedrons and titanic-oxygen tetrahedrons, are connected by oxygen Bridges to form the secondary structural units of five-membered rings, and further form a three-dimensional microporous skeleton. MFI molecular sieve has a two-dimensional pore structure, the 10-membered ring parallel to the A-axis is S-shaped, with a pore size of 0.51nm×0.55nm, and the 10-membered ring parallel to the B-axis is linear, with a pore size of 0.54nm×0.56nm.The average particle size of titanium silicon molecular sieves produced by the company is 50-60m, the minimum is close to 10m, the maximum is less than 105m, and the particle size distribution is uniform.
